PlayBox Technology exhibited once again at the biggest show for broadcasters in Asia. Broadcast Asia 2012 was held between 19th June and the 22nd June in Suntec city, Singapore for the last time before the show moves to Marina Bay Sands in next year and is united with ComunicAsia exhibition.

Pavlin Rahnev, Director, Solution Sales, PlayBox Technology, says: “We had another successful show this year with many customers and prospects visiting from Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Maldives, Hong Kong and many more. A lot of visitors came to discuss new projects and many had an interest in IP streaming solution that would easily integrate with any existing workflow. This is exactly where AirBox MPO (Multi Parallel Outputs) fits in and enables different video formats and different outputs (SDI, Analogue, IP Streaming etc.) to run at the same time from a single AirBox playout server.”

Desmon Goh, PlayBox Technology Asia Country Manager, underlined the importance of the new technology presented at the show. “PlayBox Technology Asia Pacific is now ready to meet the increasing requirements for complete workflow solutions and IP streaming. Besides AirBox MPO, PlayBox MPM (Multi Playout Manager) was another exciting solution that we presented on the show. MPM is a fully assignable control system that allows the user to monitor and control the output of each channel in a simple way from a remote PC, iPad, Mobile Phone etc. PlayBox MPM gives the opportunity to control one or multiple channels schedules, programmes, view media files, and to even make live changes to the output when needed. Another useful solution that was presented was TitleBox Dashboard that provides remote manual control of TitleBox objects arranged in a playlist with hierarchical structure.”
