PlayBox Technology announces a major new addition to its product range with the introduction of CaptureBox PRO. Introduced at the 2014 NAB Show in Las Vegas, April 7-10, CaptureBox PRO enables multiple channels of HD or SD content to be captured from a SDI and IP sources.
PlayBox Technology reports the successful implementation of a ProductionAirBox at PlanetaTV's Annual Music Awards 2013 Live show. ProductionAirBox was employed as the main player for this live production.

New user interface for CaptureBox PRO is just the beginning. Underneath the streamlined interface allowing for convenient control and monitoring of up to 4 instances of ingest channels, are available some enhancements: GPU accelerated encoding engine, Expanded metadata handling and creation during the ingest process. Convenient Loudness Metering with True Peak measurement allowing for audio level monitoring and adjustment at any time.
PlayBox Technology is expanding the range of models in its TimeShiftBox series of television playout delay servers. Previously available in SD and HD/SDI, the new TimeShiftBox Duo allows simultaneous programme delay for more than one SD/HD channel.
